Step by Step SOA 12c(12.2.1.2.0) Installation:

Platform Details:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.8 (Santiago)
Linux test.oracle.com 2.6.39-400.286.3.el6uek.x86_64 #1 SMP Fri Oct 21 15:33:03 PDT 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Database:  
Oracle Database 12c(12.1.0.2.0)

Application:
SOA Suite 12c(12.2.1.2.0)

Platform support:
Oracle Linux 6.7,Redhat 6,7 and Suse 11 and 12.

Sequence steps for SOA installation:

Oracle Database Installation

1) Login as root user and install the Database package from yum repository 

yum install oracle-rdbms-server-12cr1-preinstall

2) Download Oracle Database installer from support.oracle.com or edelivery.oracle.com

3) Unzip the above files.

[oracle@test db_12c]$ ls -ltr
total 2625092

[oracle@test db_12c]$ cd database/
[oracle@test database]$ ls
install  response  rpm  runInstaller  sshsetup  stage  welcome.html

4) Run the installer in the command prompt
./runInstaller


Click Next


Uncheck box, Click Yes and Click Next


Select Create and Configure a database and Click Next


Select server class and Click Next


Click Next


Select Advanced install and Click Next



Click Next



Click Next


Change path and Click Next Click Next



Click Next



Change database name as your requirement and Click Next


Change values as per your resource and Click Next Tab


Select Use Unicode (AL32UTF8) and Click Next


Select Storage type as your requirement(our scenario using local file system) and Click Next



Click Next


Click Next



Change password and Click Next



Click Yes and Click Next



Click Next 


Click Install




Run scripts as root user and Click Next






Database installation completed and Click close.

Oracle SOA 12c Installation

1) Download Oracle SOA 12c Software from edelivery.oracle.com

2) Unzip zip file and you will see jar files.

[oracle@test soa_12c]$ ls -ltr

We are using jdk-8u112(Minimum version jdk8u101 sholud be install)

3) SOA 12c Softawre Installation

[oracle@test soa_12c]$ java -jar fmw_12.2.1.2.0_soa_quickstart.jar


Click Next



Select Skip Auto Updates and Click Next



Enter path and Click Next



Click Install



Click Next



Click Finish.

4) SOA 12c RCU

[oracle@test soa_12c]$cd $MW_HOME/oracle_common/bin
[oracle@test soa_12c]$./rcu



Click Next



Click Next



Enter database details and Click Next


Click Next



Select component and Click Next



Select ok and Click Next



Give repository schema password and Click Next



Click Next


Click Next



Click ok and Click Next




Click Create



Rcu creation completed and Click close.

5) Domain Creation

Go to $MW_HOME/oracle_common/common/bin
./config.sh


Provide domain path and Click Next



Select Templates and Click Next



Click Next



Give weblogic password and Click Next


Select Development or Production and Click Next



Provide repository username and database connection and Click Next



Click Next



Click Next


 Click Next



Select Administration Server, Node Manager,Topolgy and Click Next



Provide hostaname or ipaddress and Click Next



Enter weblogic username,passsword and Click Next


Enter hostaname or ipaddress and Click Next



Click Next



Click Next


Click Next


Provide machine name,address and Click Next




Click Next



Click Next


Click Next


Click Create




Click Next

6) Star Services and Verify url

start the AdminServer and nodemanager:

go to DOMAIN_HOME/user_projects/domains/soa_domain/bin directory.

nohup ./startNodeManager.sh &

Start AdminServer from same location:

nohup ./startWebLogic.sh &


Check Weblogic console and em



Start soa_server1 and osb_server1 from the console
